Privacy policy

Stordalen IT AB (reg. no. 559368-2833) is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What data

• When you contact me by email or LinkedIn: your name, email address and what you write.
• When you book a call: the details you enter when booking, such as your name, email address, company and what you want to talk about.
• When you visit the site: your IP address is logged by the site’s hosting provider, GitHub, for security purposes.

Why

To answer inquiries and to book and hold calls. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

How long

I keep the details while we are in contact and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact. If the contact leads to an assignment, I keep the details that Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Who else sees the data

• one.com provides email. The data is stored within the EU.
• Calendly (USA) handles bookings. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• GitHub (USA) hosts the site and logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, as described in GitHub’s privacy statement.

The data is not sold and is not used for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to the processing. Write to contact@stordalenit.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for tracking or statistics.
